The Portal Portfolio Secured Loan and Pension is a specific offer providing you with a loan of up to £75,000 at a very competitive rate, and a pension designed to give a solid, targeted return of 4% net per annum.
Portal Portfolio are able to make loans and still offer their head-turning rate despite the credit crunch. This is due to the way their loans are funded by specific pension funds. Investing a portion of your pension fund in a low risk, targeted return fund may be a condition for your qualifying for a preferential loan rate.
