Bank Charges: Them pesky banks are back in court

24-Jun-09 by Tim Moore

The banks are back in court in the latest round of the bank charges court case. What gets me is that every one knows they're going to evenually lose this case (obviously this is my opinion, but good old common sense has a say in this) and it looks suspiciously like they're simply dragging out the issue.

Now correct me if I'm wrong but don't we, via the government own a substantial portion of these banks. That gives Gordon a big old say in how they act. And aren't a load of us really suffering from the recession. And couldn't we all do with our exorbitant bank charges back?

The point I'm getting to is that the banks seem to be fighting a losing battle, so why doesn't Gordon simply tell our banks to do the honorable thing and throw the towel in and let us get on with claiming back your charges? Just think of the injection of money back into the real ecconomy, the jobs it would create and the boost to consumer confidence!

  • the thing what winds me up is that when we owe the bank money they are on our back and i will not leave us alone. But when they owe us citisens money its a diffrent story this seriousley fustartes me as the banks owe me in excess of £800 that money could do many things to help me at my age of 20years i could buy a second hand car.

There is only one reason they dont want to pay out just yet or any time soon they just want to gain intrest on the money what they habe robbed us lets face it people bevieve me or not but they have robbed us blind in charges may be we should set our phones to a premium number and lets see how they like ringing that.

Its winding me up speaking abou this but i cant wait to get the ball rolling and get my MONEY BACK !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
