Bank Charges - What next?

As you will be aware, the Office of Fair Trading (OFT) has lost the court case to get bank charges back, but it is not time to give up yet - all is not lost. They may have won the battle but they haven't won the war!
The judge in the case actually referred to the mistake the OFT made, in that they went after the wrong regulations and everyone is now scrambling to put together new arguments.
We hope that we will have more news for you soon, but rest assured Portal Claims is still working hard to find out how to get back the money that we believe is rightfully yours.
