Reclaim Bank Charges
It couldn't be simpler - all you have to do is complete and return
one of our claims forms.
We will also need copies of your bank statements for the last six
years which you can obtain from your bank. Please note, under the terms of the Data
Protection Act, banks are entitled to charge a £10 fee for this information.
However, we're so confident we can make a successful claim for you that we will
cover even this small up front expense!
