How it works
You are already meeting people every day discussing mortgages and loans. After completing
your main business, all you need to do is introduce Portal Claims' service and establish
whether they have Payment Protection Insurance (PPI) with any of their loans.
At this point it's worth bearing in mind that a lot of people have PPI but don't
even know it. You may therefore want to ask them to double check by having a look
at their loan documentation or by calling their lender.
If they do have PPI you know you could be earning commission!
Ask your client to complete our simple claim form and send it to us using our 'reply
paid' envelopes. We will do the rest – you can sit back and wait for the commission.
Your claim forms will have your unique introducer code on them, so we can track which
claims come from you.
Keeping You Informed
It is important that you feel confident that your claims are being handled properly
and you will receive any commissions due to you. That's why you will have a dedicated
account manager who will be there to keep you informed and help you generate more
business.
You will receive a detailed monthly report showing all your cases, what stages they
have reached, which cases we have won and most importantly how much commission you
are owed. You just need to invoice us.
Commission – How much can I earn?
There are an estimated 20 million Payment Protection Insurance polices out there,
so the market is huge. When we win, the client wins and you win; we will pay you
20% of our fee after we have collected it. For example, our average fee for successful
PPI claims is £625 + VAT so you would receive £125 (+ VAT if applicable).
We may also introduce up-front payments for our top introducers.

We will then send you a welcome pack containing everything you need to get up and
running. The pack will include a digital claim form with your unique Introducer
ID on it so we can track your cases quickly and pay you commission
