About Portal Claims LLP

Portal Claims LLP is a specialist company, set up to help victims of mis-sold financial products - in particular those products sold by large banks and insurance companies.

Portal Claims emerged from Endowment Claims, a company first established in 2004 which has successfully reclaimed millions of pounds in redress for victims of mis-sold endowment policies.

Many of our clients are so impressed with our service they have asked us to look at other areas of concern, where they feel they may have been unfairly treated. Not surprisingly, most are concerned about their Payment Protection Insurance (PPI) and the excessive charges applied by their bank – so we are taking some action. 

As we are now dealing with more than mis-sold endowment mortgages, we felt the need to change the name of the company.

So far we have successfully reclaimed in excess of £100 million pounds in redress compensation. No doubt you will also have seen Endowment Claims LLP quoted in the national press (try typing "Tim Moore Endowment Claims" into Google™).
